The A/C's buses now have their full window glass covered with advertisements .This not only spoils the overall look of the bus but also eliminates the possibility for people to understand that whether the bus is fully crowded & whether they should go ahead & take the bus or not. I understand that it serves the purpose of blocking the sunlight but sunfilms can be used for that purpose,which would not only prevent sunlight & ensure better cooling but also help in creating good visibility for both the passengers to enjoy outside view and for the general public outside.

Many of the newly built bus stops are not completed.One for example..just outside of Mulund Bus depot the Floor of the bus stop is not done.One bus stop near Jain Mandir just before Bhandup Police Chowky on LBS marg is not used yet a bus stop is there.IT is unnecessary expense in some places where only one bus route is there and yet a bus stop is put.When i say bus stop i mean the newly constructed bus stops with seating arrangement.Why this unnecessary expense when BEST shows aloss?Advertisement on bus stops could bring in income.THe next thing is that,the TV's in the bus is not taken care and here too unnecesary expense.Is there a department that takes care and has follow-up of these things?

People travelling from Dahisar / Borivali to Vidyavihar mainnly has no easy root available. It is almost minimum 3 hour journey. Going by train / bus it self is very painful. Please start a bus from the either place preferably from Dahisar.

Happy Republic Day to BEST. This is regarding bus route no. 311 from Kurla West Rly Stn. to Santacruz Rly. Stn. Children travelling to their schools to Kalina in the morning between 6am to 7am were waiting at the stops. The frequency of the bus is so bad at that time that the buses come full capacity. Today being our republic day the children were not able to go to their respective schools because of no bus service. I had to personally take some children in an autorickshaw as they had money for bus ticket only. At least don't give them free ride on such days but give them services so that they are encouraged to go to their schools on these remarkable days. Also I would like to say that these services during my times in the 70's were very frequent and good but lately they are regularly irregular e.g. 311, 313 Hope this will make some difference as I can understand this is central part of Mumbai and not the posh area as the western where things are fine compared to central area. Thank you BEST for reserving so many seats for women in the BEST bus. Though late, you have done a good job that needs to be applauded. From the seats so reserved for women, I suggest you also reserve a seat for pregnant women and those with infants and put such a sign near the seat. Unless this sign is put, no women would offer the seat. During one f my bus journey, I saw a pregnant woman very exhausted and there was no one who offered her a seat. Finally, I gave her my seat.

Suggest that women be allowed to board the bus by the front door. Apart from the 1st stop, where normally we follow the queue system, we women have to face the daily rush, push and embarrassment of being deliberately brushed by male commuters from subsequent stops. This not only is humiliating, but also disgusting while travelling daily. Hence please look into some alternative way of allowing the women travel happily and safely.

Frequency os this route is very very poor. Hence suggested that kindly depute someone from your department to take a serious look at the frequency at the Charkop Police Station bus stop, preferably in peak hours between 7 to 8.30 am and at Kandivali Station (West) between 6.00 to 8.00 pm. Because, this is the only bus route is available for commuters of Charkop Police Station and Jai Ganga bus stops. No other bus routes are operated from this Netaji Subhashchandra Bose (RDP 1) Marg like other localities of Charkop area.

I live at Shastri Nagar, Goregaon. I want to complaint that inspite of increase in fare, the service of BEST is very bad. Bus No.229, 707 does not stop at shastri nagar stop. Even if it stops it stops for few seconds that ladies commuters are unable to board the bus. Most of times it does not stop ath rhe Shastri Nagar stop.The Driver and conductors are least concernedabout the passengers. The time gap between buses is more than 20 minutes. I have to baord some busus like 205, 180 and go to Goregaon depot to board some other bus. I am unable to get any bus at shastri nagar stop. Kindly advise the drivers and conductors to stop the buses at concerned stops at least 1 to 2 minutes. I spent more than 1/2 a hour to get inside any bus. It would also be better if C-12 express stops at Shastri Nagar stop at least for ladies commuters after 9.30 or so. If possible allow ladies comuters to get into the bus from front as it is highly impossible to get in from back as the bus stoops only for 2 seconds and there is lot of purshing by the gents

Sir, There was a bus no. 275 from Evershine nagar to Malad st. via Orlem and s. v. rd. it has stopped. In between this rout Evershine to Malad st. there are many medical services (Doctors, Hospital etc) schools, religious /worship places, banks. Many senior citizens, children�s parents having problems now days even auto refuse to come for short distance. I am Social worker and many had request to restart the same rout or similar. I'm in Vidyalankar College. It is very very difficult for us to reach at time as Frequencies of '110' is less.Most of the time buses doesn't reach at right time. And at Exam Times IF we dont have bus then It's very HORRIBLE condition. We dont go by TAXI as their CHARges are Rs.40-Rs.45.So it is not affordable for us. 215 bus frequency is very bad. since i stay at gandhi nagar the bus comes crowded from the depo itself and never stops at gandhi nagar. I would request you'll to please make the frequency of 215 bus more so that we the gandhi nagar people atleast get to enter the bus. Bus timing for 122 is very irregular. the was regularly at Marine lines Station at 7:22 am but again since last 15 days it comes at 7:35 or even late or does not comes and school going children needs to use cabs to reach school on time.
